The safety and well-being of our owners, guests and employees is our top priority! We have heightened our already rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures and introduced supplemental preventive measures to ensure we are providing a safe and relaxing vacation for all. Our team has been trained on all new procedures to ensure our efforts are top notch!
The CDC recommends these steps to assist in the prevention of spreading the virus
Wash your hands often using soap and water, for at least 20 seconds
If soap and water are not readily available, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then dispose of the tissue
Do not cough into your hands
Prevent the spread of illness to others by staying home if you are feeling ill
Avoid touching your face
Masks are optional. If you are not vaccinated or do not feel comfortable removing your mask you may continue to wear a black mask.
Discontinue the use of the Ozone machine. The glassware and other dishware removed will be replaced. This will be completed by 6/15.
Reduced to 3 feet outdoors, 6 feet indoors. All hand sanitizing pumps and stations will remain.
Continue to encourage guests to call prior to entering lobby for check in. We will store luggage if requested.
Indoor dining return of all tables. Server will walk deck, take and deliver orders when possible.
Maximum occupancy is 4. The door will continue to be opened by a staff member assuring occupancy restrictions.
Pool furniture has been arranged to encourage proper social distance. Additional guest sanitizing stations in place.
The Running Water Spa:
Cleaning and sanitation enhancements will continue. Discontinue health screening questions for staff and clients.
Cleaned and disinfected villas will have a door hanger placed outside the door when completed. Enhanced disinfecting of high-touch areas.
