The safety and well-being of our owners, guests and employees is our top priority! We have heightened our already rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures and introduced supplemental preventive measures to ensure we are providing a safe and relaxing vacation for all. Our team has been trained on all new procedures to ensure our efforts are top notch!
The CDC recommends these steps to assist in the prevention of spreading the virus
Wash your hands often using soap and water, for at least 20 seconds
If soap and water are not readily available, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then dispose of the tissue
Do not cough into your hands
Prevent the spread of illness to others by staying home if you are feeling ill
Avoid touching your face
Daily health screening, including temperature checks. Frequent sanitation of all associate common areas. Thorough training on proper hygiene and best practices. Personal protective equipment (PPE) used when required.
Increased frequency of sanitizing and EPA-certified cleansers that are CDC compliant. Additional guest sanitizing stations in public areas.
Signage and distance indicators will be used throughout the Resort in high-traffic areas to allow for and encourage proper social distancing.
Limited contact check-in and check-out procedures. One-way lobby traffic to encourage social distancing.
All cleaning and disinfecting measures follow Maricopa County, CDC, and EPA guidelines. Kitchen will be deep cleaned and sanitized with higher frequency including all work and prep stations. All food and beverages will be provided in disposable vessels. All dining tables, chairs and common furniture will be disinfected with higher frequency
Disinfecting wipes are available for your use in the Fitness Center and we encourage disinfecting the equipment prior to use. The Fitness Center will be open with limited capacity.
Pool furniture has been arranged to encourage proper social distance. Additional guest sanitizing stations in place.
The Running Water Spa:
Reduced capacity limits and scheduling modifications. Required PPE for service providers. Stringent cleaning and disinfecting following each service. Modified treatment protocols to ensure the safety of our guest(s), staff and therapists. Guest sanitizing stations in place.
Cleaned and disinfected villas will have a door hanger placed outside the door when completed. Enhanced disinfecting of high-touch areas.
